Taking Fermented Foods to the Next Level

Join us in learning more about fermented foods and condiments with owner, Sam Papone who started Golden State Pickle Works & Collective Cultures in 2014.  She uses organically grown produce and works diligently to preserve global food traditions in her creations as well as repurposing every last bit of food she uses!

You will learn about some of the food traditions she utilizes in her foods and keys to fermenting much of what you grow in your gardens.  Numerous other food produces in Sonoma County employ her products in their own creations.

Come join us as we all need better gut health!!
